Where is Universe available?

Everywhere! Universe is available worldwide and supports a number of international currencies. When you travel to a new city or country, you can still use Universe!
 

What is the Dashboard?

The Universe Dashboard is a place for you to view a full list of your current and previous offerings and purchases, along with your account balance.
 

What are notifications?

Your Notifications will alert you when you have new messages, booking requests, receipts. These will help you stay up to date with your interactions and recent activity on Universe.
 

How will I know if my booking has been confirmed?

Universe will send you an email to notify you once your booking has been confirmed.
 

What if I need to cancel my ticket?

You can cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before the event. The listing fee will be reimbursed with you in its integrity. Transaction fees and service fees are not reimbursable. There is no reimbursement for cancellation within 24 hours of the event. Please check the T&Cs for more information.
 

How can I contact a user?

You are able to send messages to a user on Universe. Feel free to ask them additional questions if needed.
 

What do I do if I find a listing that does not belong on Universe?

If you encounter any listings that do not belong in Universe, please scroll to the bottom of the listing details, and click 'Flag/report this listing'.
 

If I have a question or comment, how can I contact Universe?

We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to Universe
 

Why should I follow people on Universe?

You will be able to see, find, and organize events based on who you follow. This will speed up the process of creating a listing, and discovering listings you love. You will also be able to identify mutual friends this way, and having more people following you may help other Universe users trust you for bookings. If people follow you back, you’ll be able to message them!
 

Why should I add my location to Universe?

By adding location, you’ll get a richer, more dynamic experience. Universe uses your location to show you the activities listed and trending in your area.
 

Why should I connect with Facebook, Twitter or Google+?

Universe integrates Facebook, Twitter and Google to personalize your experience. You will see listings that are more relevant for you, based on your interests, and based on what your friends are booking. You will also be able to see how closely connected you are to another Universe user, by viewing what mutual friends you have in common.
