Can I edit my profile information?

Of course! We encourage users to provide information about themselves to help you and others meet new people in an authentic way. Simply log-in to your account, go into Settings (, and edit away! Adding a short description about yourself will help others get a better sense of who you are. Your Universe profile is simple (single photo, short description, cover image) because we believe that actions speak louder than words. Your Universe profile is about what events you're offering, what activities you’ve booked, and what you want to do next.


How do I change my password?

If you are logged in, go to into Settings and select the password tab. If you can't login, you can reset your password here

Help! I'm locked out of my account!

After attempting to login unsuccessfully too many times your account becomes locked.  Check your email for a message from Universe with the subject like "Unlock your account". Look in your inbox and if it is not there, check your spam folder.

Open the email and click the pink button that says "Unlock your account". Now you should be able to reset your password and login successfully.

How do I delete my account?

If you are sure you want to cancel your account forever, you can do so here. Please note this action cannot be undone.
