How To Edit Your Event

Edit your event details at any time. If you have already started selling tickets, please contact your guests to notify them about the change.

To Edit Your Event Details:

1. Log-in to your Universe account, go to your dashboard and click on the event you would like to edit. 

2. From your event's Manage page, select the 'Basic Details' option from the menu down the left side of your screen. 


 

3. Make any necessary changes on this page including Event Title, Description, Date/Time information, location, ticket details, and other basic information for your event page. 

  NOTE: If you would like to change the date/time of your event and have already started selling tickets, this change will need to be made on the Orders & Attendee page using the Event Details dropdown menu. Full steps can be found here

4. Once any changes have been made, select the Save button toward the top left of your page. 

To make any changes to other aspects of your event or access additional settings, using the menu down the left side of your page. A guide on Managing your event can be found here

  NOTE:  Photos for your event can be manage from the Design page of your event. Click here to view our Event Page Design Guide.
